What should I bring for my fishing trip?

Exotic Fish Cabo provides everything you need on board, but you may bring personal items such as sunscreen, a camera or binoculars, and any other items you might need. Don't forget to bring a good mood ;-) !

What is provided on the trip?

Exotic Fish Cabo provides cookies, bottled water and Coke, fishing gear, and a bilingual Captain to guide you. The crew will prepare the fishing equipment for you.

How should I dress for the trip?

It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing, a hat, sunglasses, and sneakers or sandals. A windbreaker or light jacket may be needed on cooler Fall and Winter mornings in San Jose del Cabo.

Can children participate in the fishing trip?

Absolutely, we welcome kids to participate in our fishing trips and we take pleasure in teaching them. However, it is crucial to prioritize their protection from the sun's harmful rays.

It's a thrilling event encompassing diverse gamefish like Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and Striped Marlin (released back into the ocean), along with Black and Blue Marlins. Participants can compete in single or multiple categories, adding to the excitement of the tournament.

The Bisbee’s Black and Blue Marlin Tournament in October epitomizes an unforgettable experience best encountered firsthand. Spanning five days, it brims with fishing, festivities, anticipation, and sheer excitement. The marina pulses with activity, drawing enthusiasts worldwide to witness the colossal Marlin being weighed in. With nearly 200 boats yearly, the tournament levels the playing field for all, offering equal chances for victory. The rewards are staggering! In 2006, the Black & Blue set a record-breaking prize pool of $4,165,960, the largest single fish payout in sportfishing history.
