POMPANO !!!

This week, we had the pleasure of fishing with Alice and her husband Dwane, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The weather was perfect, and the waters were teeming with life. As we set out, excitement filled the air, especially when we started targeting Spanish mackerels and jack crevalles. Both Alice and Dwane quickly got into the rhythm of casting their lines, and it wasn’t long before they were reeling in some impressive catches.

Alice, in particular, showcased her skills when she hooked the nicest fish of the day...a magnificent African pompano. The fight was exhilarating, with the fish putting up a strong resistance, but Alice remained focused and determined. With Dwane cheering her on, she skillfully brought the pompano alongside the boat, and we all marveled at its beauty and size.

The day was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and the joy of being out on the water together. As the sun began to set, we reflected on the day’s adventures, grateful for the memories made. Fishing with Alice and Dwane was not just about the catch; it was about the camaraderie and the shared love for the great outdoors. We can’t wait to do it again!
